Billoop is built and supported by one person. The fastest way to reach me is by email — I usually reply within a few days.

Before you email
A handful of questions come up often enough that the answer is faster here:
- iCloud sync isn’t showing on another device. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud, and confirm Billoop is on. Sync is private to your Apple ID; Billoop never sees your data.
- Notifications aren’t firing. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Billoop and check that notifications are allowed. The 3-days-before-trial reminder is mandatory and on by default.
- How do I delete all my data? Uninstalling Billoop removes the local copy from your device. To remove the iCloud copy as well, open iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Billoop → Delete Data.
- What iOS version do I need? Billoop requires iOS 17 or later, on iPhone or iPad.
- Where are the privacy policy and terms? See Privacy and Terms.

Reporting a bug
When emailing about a problem, it helps to include:
- your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About);
- the Billoop version (shown above, also visible in Settings inside the app);
- what you were doing when the issue happened, and what you expected instead.
Feature requests
Email works for these too. Billoop’s scope is intentionally narrow — subscriptions and free trials, on-device, no accounts — so not every request will land, but every one is read.
