These terms are a brief supplement to Apple’s Standard End-User License Agreement, which governs your installation and use of Billoop. By installing or using Billoop you accept both Apple’s EULA and the Billoop-specific points below.
Apple’s Standard EULA covers most of the legal ground (license, restrictions, warranty disclaimers, support). Read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Billoop you agree to Apple’s Standard EULA and to these supplementary terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Billoop on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use the app to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
- attempt to interfere with the integrity or normal operation of the app, its underlying systems, or other users.
4. No warranty
Billoop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies.
Billoop is a personal organisation tool. It is not financial, accounting, or budgeting advice. Renewal dates, prices, and exchange rates shown in the app are estimates based on the information you enter and on publicly available data; you are responsible for confirming the actual amounts charged by your providers.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Billoop. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for the free version is zero.
6. Updates to the app and these terms
We may release updates to Billoop at any time, and may revise these terms when we do. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and called out in the app’s release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Termination
You can stop using Billoop at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend the licence if you materially breach these terms, in which case you must stop using the app and remove it from your devices.
